Here at Brindle & Green we strive to offer unique opportunities across all of our divisions, on occasion supporting the transition of people from their current career path into the environmental consulting sector. This is often achieved through the use of seasonal staff within our ecology division. ‘Seasonal ecologists’ work on bat emergence/re-entry surveys and GCN surveys and on ECOW and translocations during the spring/summer months. Sarah joined us in April 2022 after deciding to leave behind a career she loved in working with horses to forge a career in ecology consultancy. She began as a seasonal staff member all while studying for her degree in zoology at Derby University and got offered a full-time position over the winter period. We are extremely proud to offer Sarah a permanent, full time position as a graduate ecologist and look forward to helping support her progression in this new career path.
At Brindle & Green, we’re always inspired by the diverse journeys that bring people into the environmental sector. Wren’s path from ecology to arboriculture is a great example of how passion, curiosity, and a drive to make a difference can shape a career.
We are delighted to announce that Laura Emmerson has been promoted to Principal Arboricultural Consultant, stepping up from her role as Senior Arboricultural Consultant.
