Welcoming Our New Ecology Team in Milton Keynes

We are delighted to welcome three new ecologists to Brindle & Green, marking the very beginning of our Ecology team at the Milton Keynes office.

This is a pivotal milestone for B&G, representing not only growth within the business but also an exciting step forward in expanding our ecological capabilities across the region. As our presence in Milton Keynes develops, this founding team will play a key role in shaping how Ecology is delivered from the office, supporting multidisciplinary projects and strengthening collaboration across the wider B&G team.

Welcome Back, Hannah Gillot – Senior Ecologist

Hannah Gillot rejoins Brindle & Green as a Senior Ecologist, bringing with her both experience and familiarity with the company, having previously completed a survey season with us around seven years ago. Hannah is looking forward to diving straight into a busy survey season and reconnecting with the team.

With a strong interest in ornithology, Hannah is keen to further develop her bird survey skills by working alongside fellow birders in the field. She is also enthusiastic about continuing her tree climbing work, with the added hope of encountering bat roosts along the way. We are thrilled to welcome Hannah back to B&G and to have her expertise supporting the growth of our Milton Keynes ecology offering.

Welcome, Jethro Damant – Assistant Ecologist

Jethro Damant joins us as an Assistant Ecologist and is excited to be part of the very first Ecology team members based in Milton Keynes. With several survey seasons under his belt, Jethro is particularly keen to follow projects through from start to finish, gaining a deeper understanding of project lifecycles.

Jethro is looking forward to developing his report writing skills, especially in relation to PEA and PRA reporting, while also working towards protected species licences and furthering his professional development through CIEEM. His enthusiasm for learning and progression will be a valuable asset as the team continues to grow.

Welcome, Aidan Tse – Assistant Ecologist

Aidan Tse also joins the team as an Assistant Ecologist and is keen to contribute to meaningful, multidisciplinary projects across B&G. He is looking forward to developing his own skill set while gaining experience across a range of protected species surveys.

Aidan is focused on working towards his protected species licences and completing competencies required for progression to the next level of CIEEM membership, making him an excellent fit for our team.

We are excited to see how this new Ecology team develops in Milton Keynes and look forward to the positive impact they will have on projects across the business. Please join us in welcoming Hannah, Jethro, and Aidan to Brindle & Green.
