This month, Scott Reast, Financial Controller marks 10 years with the company – a decade defined by commitment, adaptability, and an unwavering contribution to our growth and success.
When Scott first joined Brindle & Green, the business was a close-knit team of around ten people. Over the years, he has witnessed – and helped support – its evolution into the thriving organisation it is today, now with over 65 employees across multiple teams and disciplines. His journey reflects not only his personal dedication but also the broader story of Brindle & Green’s development, ambition, and continued momentum.
To honour this significant achievement, Neil Crofts, Managing Director, presented Scott with a commemorative watch – chosen as a lasting symbol of appreciation for his years of service and the positive influence he has had on both colleagues and the wider business.
Scott’s decade at Brindle & Green stands as a testament to loyalty, professional growth, and the value of long-term commitment. The entire team extends its warmest congratulations and gratitude, and looks forward to the years ahead as Scott continues to be an integral part of the company’s journey.
