Kerry joins us from a consultancy background, bringing specialist experience as a bat ecologist, with particular expertise in both ground and aerial tree surveys.
When asked what attracted her to B&G, Kerry said that our values closely align with her own, making the move feel like a natural fit.
She’s looking forward to getting stuck into her new role, learning our processes and working alongside the wider team. Over the next 12 months, Kerry’s goals include helping to establish a positive senior team presence in Milton Keynes, supporting junior colleagues as they take the early steps in their careers, and continuing to develop her own skills through the CPD and training opportunities available at B&G.
