Welcome to the Team, Kimberley!

We’re excited to welcome Kimberley to Brindle & Green as our new Health & Safety Officer!

Bringing with her valuable experience – including time spent as an on-call firefighter – Kimberley has a strong background in keeping people safe under pressure and understands the importance of proactive, practical safety measures.

She was drawn to B&G because of our commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and forward-thinking work environment. Now, she’s looking forward to working with a team that shares her genuine passion for quality, sustainability, and safety.

Over the next 12 months, Kimberley plans to lay down a solid foundation in her role by:

  • Developing a clear, compliant, and practical health & safety framework to support B&G’s growth
  • Implementing effective risk assessments
  • Refreshing key safety procedures
  • Fostering a culture where everyone feels confident and responsible about health & safety

She’s also excited to grow professionally, expanding her knowledge through additional training and industry engagement – all with the goal of making a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of our staff.

Welcome aboard, Kimberley, we’re thrilled to have you with us!
