Location: Radbourne, Derby/Milton Keynes (hybrid working considered)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to play a key role in the leadership and delivery of complex, large-scale projects across a range of sectors including residential, mixed-use, public realm and infrastructure-led development.
The role will involve leading projects from initial concept and masterplanning through planning, detailed design and delivery, providing both creative direction and technical oversight. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with multi-disciplinary consultants, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and local authorities.
As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will contribute to the strategic direction of projects, ensuring design quality, technical robustness and commercial awareness throughout. You will mentor and support junior staff, review outputs to maintain high standards, and help shape best practice within the studio.
The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, influence design outcomes, and play an active role in growing and strengthening the landscape team across the Derby and Milton Keynes offices.
