Planning Applications

At Brindle and Green we have consultants perfectly placed to help guide and advise you through the planning application process. We specialise in the preparation, negotiation and submission of a full range of planning applications as well as having inhouse environmental services such as Landscape, Ecology, Arboriculture, Heritage and Archaeology, meaning we can put together a robust application which can significantly improve your chances of securing planning permission.

Project Management

We can provide full project management to guide you through the planning application process, we have worked with trusted consultants as well as numerous local planning authorities to ensure our projects are delivered on time and a full package.

Masterplanning and Urban Design

Through our skilled masterplanners we would provide a sustainable layout for a development that demonstrates the deliverability of a proposed development, taking into account constraints and opportunities from existing site conditions. This could be included within a Vision Document for site promotion or a Design and Access Statement (DAS). At Brindle and Green we recognise the increasing need to consider ecological enhancement and biodiversity net gain, our layouts can be developed alongside our inhouse ecologists to achieve the potential of a site, whilst mitigating the need for various iterations throughout, producing better schemes that are proving more cost effective.

Strategic Site Promotion

We work with landowners, developers and agents to promote suitable sites that have the potential for sustainable development. We can help establish the principles for the future delivery of sustainable development and green infrastructure, using a robust strategy that will be informed by desk based social, economic and environmental assessments. This can be taken through to the development and design stage, which would use our knowledge of the site to create a comprehensive and visual vision of the potential of a site.
