Lucy was drawn to Brindle & Green by our commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities and our steadfast dedication to reinvesting in our staff. With a keen eye for growth and learning, Lucy sees Brindle & Green as the perfect environment to nurture her skills and further her career in ecology.
Having spent time away from the field, Lucy is excited to dive back into fieldwork, immersing herself in nature and contributing to our ecological projects.
Over the next 12 months, Lucy has set ambitious yet achievable goals for herself. She is determined to enhance her botanical identification skills, recognising the crucial role they play in ecological surveys and assessments. Additionally, Lucy is eagerly working towards obtaining her licenses for Great Crested Newts (GCN) and bats, demonstrating her commitment to expanding her expertise within the field.
Lucy’s dedication, coupled with her passion for ecology and commitment to career progression, makes her a valuable asset to our team. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Lucy Talbot as she embarks on this exciting journey with us at Brindle & Green. We look forward to witnessing her contributions and achievements as she thrives in her role as Assistant Ecologist.
Welcome aboard, Lucy!
