In her own words, Rose looks back at her journey over the years. Showing us that taking a risk can lead to success.
Three years have passed since I took the plunge in the middle of a pandemic and embarked on this incredible journey to become the head of the Landscape Architecture team at Brindle & Green, and what a journey it has been! As I reflect on this milestone, from starting out with just myself in the team to what it is today, I am filled with gratitude for my fantastic team, the wider company, the diverse range of projects that we’ve undertaken, and the support of our wonderful clients.
First and foremost, I must acknowledge the heart and soul of our Landscape Architecture team. It’s not just a group of colleagues; it’s a family of dedicated professionals in Leonie, Henry and James who share my passion for transforming landscapes and communities. Their creativity, expertise, and tireless dedication have been the driving force behind our success. Each day, they bring new ideas and perspectives to the table, challenging us to push boundaries and create sustainable, awe-inspiring spaces for our clients
Our journey together has been marked by a series of captivating projects that have tested our skills and fuelled our passion for landscape planning, design and management. From holiday lodges in the Highlands, to housing projects in London, via energy projects near Reading and fishing lakes in South Wales, we’ve been lucky enough to be able to cover a variety of industries and locations with our work. It’s been immensely satisfying to see schemes and our designs come to life.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our clients. They have allowed us to dream big, to experiment, and to create designs that exceed expectations. Their collaboration and shared vision have been instrumental in making our projects a resounding success.
I must also take a moment to thank our directors, Neil, Lucie, and Joe. Your leadership, support and guidance have been invaluable throughout this journey. You provided me with this amazing opportunity and have helped and supported me so much along the way. Your unwavering belief in our team has been a driving force behind our accomplishments, with much more to come!
As I look ahead to the future, I am filled with excitement about the new challenges and opportunities that await us. With such an exceptional team by my side, I am confident that the next chapter of our journey will be even more remarkable.
So, here’s to three years of hard work, creativity, and growth at Brindle & Green! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey, and I can’t wait to see what the next three years will bring. Together, we’ll continue to shape landscapes and create lasting impressions for generations to come. 🌿🌱🌳
