This process may also include aspects of LVIA, ecology, arboriculture, hydrology, archaeology and heritage.
A feasibility study provides landowners, developers and agents an overview of a wide range of environmental site conditions prior to any other works on site. The report will include an overview of baseline conditions from a wide range of our inhouse environmental consultants. Information provided can be evolved further into a vision document, site design or a design and access statement.
