Sian was drawn to Brindle & Green’s commitment to creating places that are both ecologically responsive and socially meaningful. She particularly values the practice’s ethos of putting people at the forefront, as well as its focus on encouraging the team to strive for excellence for both themselves and their clients.
Sian is looking forward to collaborating with the team, developing new skills, and working alongside other departments to gain valuable knowledge and experience. She is especially excited to take part in CPDs, attend site visits, and deepen her understanding of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), as well as what it takes to become a successful Landscape Architect.
Sian’s goal is to fully commit herself to her work and become the best version of herself within the team. She also hopes to pursue a master’s degree in the future, ideally with the support of the company, to further her development and continue striving for excellence.
