A vision document helps to establish the principles for the future delivery of sustainable development and green infrastructure. A vision document will include a sustainable development strategy that will be informed by desk based social, economic and environmental assessments, a high-level analysis of the landscape character, site specific constraints and opportunities and any potential visual impact whilst also being informed by heritage, arboriculture, and biodiversity.
