We recently attended St Margaret’s CofE Primary School in Stoke Golding to engage with their year 6 pupils to demonstrate how they can create and maintain their wildlife area.
Working in partnership with Cora and our own Team Leader Kinzie Watts and internal Graphic Designer Nadine Tunnicliffe, we prepared a presentation and pamphlet to help bring awareness of the types of wildlife that is most common and how we can help sustain their habitats. Cora kindly provided a range of bird feeders, insect hotels and trees to help get their wildlife area started. We got the pupils to help plant the trees, hang the bird feeders, and sow wildflower seeds around their area. This was a concept driven by the sustainable approach taken by Cora and it was an absolute pleasure to have been asked to be involved.
