Prices start from £300

Completion times

You provide us with a date that you require your report back by.

Fast track service available on this service with turnaround within 5 working days.

BAT DUSK EMERGENCE/DAWN RE-ENTRY SURVEYS

Prices start from £400
excluding VAT

Timing: May to September

Requirement

Required when a structure (building/tree) has provided evidence or has the potential to support roosting bats.

Although Local Authority dependant, surveys should be requested prior to a planning application being determined.

Completion times

Largely dependent on the number of surveys required and the complexity of the scheme, Brindle & Green will work with you to implement a programme that fits with your project objectives.

BAT MITIGATION LICENSES

Prices start from £600
excluding VAT

Timings

The completion and submission of documents for development licenses can be undertaken at any time of year but the content of the method statement contained with a development license is project specific. Please contact us for further advice and to discuss an approach.

Requirement

Required when bats are found to be a constraint to a development; a bat roost has been confirmed within a structure and may need to be disturbed/destroyed to facilitate development.

This process seeks a way in which compensation roosting sites can be secured.

Normally secured as a planning condition, a licence is submitted to Natural England for consideration.

Completion times

Largely dependent on the complexity of the scheme, Brindle & Green will work with you to implement a programme that fits with your project objectives.
