Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking a proficient administration assistant to assist in the day-to-day management of the company’s business activities.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Dealing with queries over the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors on arrival
  • Booking rooms for internal and external meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Compiling folders in advance of site visits
  • Production of risk assessments
  • Arranging services and repairs of our company vehicles
  • Ordering company supplies as requested and approved
  • Ordering of workwear/ PPE
  • Printing and photocopying documents
  • Organising corporate events
  • You will need to have good IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Have good time management
  • Be a team player
  • Full UK driving licence (including ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles) is required
  • Previous work in an office/admin environment is essential
